Do you work long hours on your feet and find that during the night you have leg cramps that keep you from sleeping as well as you would like to? Cramps and twitches in your legs can be a thing of the past, or at least lessened so you can sleep better by using honey.

Every morning for breakfast, make a mixture of honey (two tablespoons) and apple vinegar (one tablespoon) and cup water. Drinking this mixture, every morning is going to change how your body muscles act during the evening hours when you are looking for rest!
