Suffering from fatigue? Using honey in your diet can make you feel so much more alive and full of energy! What you need to do is to drink a cup of water, milk, or juice, and mix in three tablespoons of honey. Sip your drink slowly and allow your body to absorb the nutrients and the sweetness of the drink as you replenish your body. 


Another method for beating fatigue is to make a warm drink of two tablespoons of honey, a tablespoon of apple vinegar, and add to a glass of your favorite juice. This mixture really adds to your body, cleansing of toxins while giving you the nutrients, you need for energy.


Maybe you have heard a bit about honey water – drinking honey water during and after events where you have been exercising heavily, your body is going to be quicker in responding to any needs. Honey water replenishes the nutrients and minerals you may have lost while exercising so that you can gain or keep your strength at a constant level. Forever eight ounces of water, adding two tablespoons of honey is going to give you have great dose of honey that will please your taste buds as well!
