Growing pains

If you suffer from aches and pains of growing older or if your children are suffering growing pains, you can ease the pain using this method. In a glass, add two cups of water, and mix in a tablespoon of honey. Drinking this once a day, your muscle pains will decrease and the aches will lessen as well.

As you begin to start using honey to relieve muscle pains and growing pains, taking a teaspoon of honey and eating it straight for the first three days, relief will find you faster.
