Honey baked corn

Baked honey corn is a great addition to any meal or picnic. Mix all of your ingredients together adding anything extra that you might like such as two cups of green beans, and bake in a greased pan for 40 minutes uncovered at 375 degrees. You can top with onion crackers if you like that crisp taste.


Ingredients needed
6 cups corn drained or cut from cob
1 cup skim milk
1 cup honey 
2 tbsp baking soda 
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tsp cornstarch
