Honey cinnamon cookies

Mix your honey and butter until blended well, mix in your egg and then add your powder ingredients. Mix in a large bowl until all ingredients are mixed well. Cover this mixture and place in the refrigerator for three hours. After the dough is chilled you can divide the dough working with just one half at a time. Roll out the dough and cut into shapes using any type of cookie cutter or roll in a long thin tube like fashion, and you can cut your cookie roll to make circular cookies when you are in a hurry.

The rolled cookies should be about one quarter inch thick for the best cooking. Placing your cookies on a greased or non-stick cookie sheet, bake your cookies for ten to twelve minutes at 375 degrees and then cool.


Ingredients needed 
1 1/2 cups honey
3/4 cups margarine softened
1 egg
5 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
