Meat recipes with honey : Meatloaf surprise

Mix the hamburger, eggs, breadcrumbs, ½ cup honey, and your crackers together and then form a loaf with a slit in the middle for inserting your favorite stuffing. Bake in the oven, covered for 40 minutes at 400 degrees and then uncovered at 375 degrees for ten minutes.

Ingredients needed 
2 lbs ground beef, pork or turkey
2 large eggs
3 cups breadcrumbs
½ cup honey 
½ sleeve your favorite crackers

Stuffing:
½ pound favorite cheese 
or ½ pound your favorite lunch meat like ham or roast beef 
or Onions 
or Peppers 
or a mixture of any of these!
