Menopause and hot flashes, cramps in your stomach and cramps in your legs, all walk hand in hand as your body ages but if you are suffering from symptoms of menopause you can find relief using a honey mixture that will offer you relief. What you need to do is use a mug of water, add two tablespoons of honey and a ginger tea bag (or if you have ginger root a small piece of ginger root). Microwave your water for about two minutes to bring your water to a boil, remove your tea bag or ginger root and sip on your tea.
This mixture relaxes your body, relieves cramps, and even can help with other problems associated with menopause as well.
