From the daily grind of your job, to the continued work out that you put your body through, sometimes muscular aches can make it difficult to walk, work and do what you need to be doing daily.

If you find that you are always dealing with muscular aches more than you would like to be, consider using honey to make your body feel better. What you need to do is to use a ½ cup of comfrey, a ½ cup of chickweed, and two cups of water with a one cup of olive oil. Bring this to a boil and then add 5 cups of beeswax (the honeycomb). Continue stirring this mixture until the honeycomb is all mixed and melted.


The honey will melt out of the honeycomb to make a smooth mixture. Apply this mixture over areas of your body that are aching. You might want to let the wax cool just a bit before pouring it over your body, remember you were boiling it! Do this as often as needed, even every night to relive tight muscle problems.
