If you are pregnant or if you have just had a baby, sometimes your body will feel really deprived of nutrients, energy and fatigue can set in. Pregnancy does various things to your body, using your energy, creating hormonal changes, and after the baby, you have additional healing that need to happen. Using honey makes your time during and after being pregnant more bearable on you and your body.
What you need to do is take a teaspoon of honey every morning during your pregnancy. For the six months that follow your pregnancy, you should use honey in your water or tea up to three times a day to replenish your bodies needs in both healing and in recouping your energy while caring for a young infant.
