Polyfloral honey

Honey that is from wild or commercialized honeybees that is derived from many types of flowers is a resulting Polyfloral honey. Polyfloral honey is where the bees have collected nectar from various sources, many types of plants, and the honey in the beehive is a collection of these various visits to many types of flowers. 

Bees that are in areas of the world where wild flowers are not found or that are not widely available, have the difficult tasks of finding nectar in the gardens from homes across towns and cities.

With the use of nitrates and fertilizers, wild flowers, wild bees, and wild honey is becoming less available than just a few years ago but in some areas of the world the wild honey bee and the wild flower honey is still found.
