Southern chops

Sprinkle your chops with the salt, sage, and then brown lightly in a frying pan. Place the chops in the baking pan or glass dish, pour your honey over the chops, Sprinkle with flour and add the water to the bottom of the pan just for steam and moisture. Soak your raisins in the vinegar for five minutes and then put on top of each pork chop. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes covered at 375 degrees.


Ingredients needed 
6-8 pork chops depending on how large they are 
1    cup honey 
1    tsp salt 
3    tbsp flour
1/3 cup raisins
1    tsp sage
1    cup water
3    tbsp apple vinegar

If you like you can put apple or pineapple pieces in with the chops for a great side dish!
