Sweet apple dip

Cut your apple, with or without the skin as you like, lining them out on a plate. You can also do this with pears or grapes if you like. Put your honey in a saucepan, heating on low, do not boil, just simmer. Make a mixture of the cornstarch and milk in a small bowl with a lid. Shake this mixture and then pour slowly into the honey, stirring all the while.

As the honey mixture is still warm but with the heat turned off, dip your apples in the honey mixture, place on a plate or pan with a piece of wax paper and then place in the refrigerator. After about an hour you have a great sweet fruit treat for any time of the year.
