Meat recipes with honey : Sweet steak

Cover the bottom of a cookie sheet with butter, as you would grease a pan for a cake. Arrange your steaks on the pan, cover with the mixture and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncover and bake for another 10 minutes and serve hot. (Depending on the thickness of your steak, and how rare you like your steak your times may vary).

Ingredients needed 
4 – 6 steaks 2 cups honey
1 onion diced 
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp water 
1 tsp vegetable oil 
1 tbsp ketchup 
1 tbsp barbeque sauce 
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce
